Founded in 1976 by Gillian Lee, Farnham Mill was built on the principle of treating residents like family. Today, her daughter Alison, a qualified nurse, leads the home with professionalism and compassion, supported by her daughter Anna. With three generations actively involved, we provide continuity, stability and a genuine sense of belonging.
Our Dedicated Team
We never use agency staff. Residents are cared for by a permanent, consistent team who know them well. With a higher staff-to-resident ratio than the norm, our carers always have the time to provide thoughtful, compassionate support.
More than half of our staff have been with us for over five years. This loyalty and experience create strong bonds between carers and residents, giving families confidence that their loved ones are in safe hands.

Freshly prepared, seasonal meals are cooked in-house each day, tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
