Outstanding personalised care in Farnham

Residents at Farnham Mill Nursing & Dementia Home receive full 24 hour nursing care from our team of highly skilled and experienced nurses and carers. The home has been designed to be homely and extremely comfortable, but also to minimise falls and to promote independence for our residents.

We work in partnership with residents and relatives to promote high quality safe independent living. Our team of highly skilled and experienced nurses and carers work alongside our GP and Physiotherapist partner who both do regular weekly visits, to promote independence, reduce falls and to help reduce hospital admissions. We also have chiropodists, opticians and dentists that visit regularly.

Families have monthly meetings with the key nurses to discuss any concerns they may have and about any changes in care that may be needed. Families and residents are fully consulted in the decision making process.

We pride ourselves on always being fully staffed and never having to use agency staff.
