Outstanding personalised care in Farnham

Residents at Farnham Mill Nursing & Dementia Home receive 24 hour nursing care from our permanent team of highly skilled and experienced nurses and carers. We maintain a high staff to resident ratio of 1:3 1/2  which ensures that our nursing care is always attentive and personalised.

Our home has been designed to be homely and extremely comfortable, but also to minimise falls and to promote independence for our residents.

We work in partnership with residents and relatives to promote exceptional, safe independent living. Our expert team work alongside our GP and physiotherapist partners, who both visit weekly. Working together with our partners supports the team to reduce falls and hospital admissions. We also have chiropodists, opticians and dentists that visit regularly.

Families have monthly reviews with the the nurses to discuss resident’s personalised plans of care; an essential part of our Sunflower Approach is working in partnership with our families and residents so they always feel fully consulted and up-to-date every step of the way.

For over 50 years we have never used agency staff and pride ourselves on always being fully staffed with consistent, dedicated team.
