At Farnham Mill we employ more staff than we have residents, our staffing levels are amongst the best in the care sector, every member of our staff is encouraged to think of themselves as an important member of a strong team and to care for our residents as if they were their own family. Always putting the residents care, respect and dignity above all else.

All of our staff are permanently employed, we have not used agency staff in over 42 years. Our staff, like the majority of our residents and their families live locally in Farnham, Fleet, Aldershot and Farnborough. It is our belief as a local Nursing Home Group based in Farnham and Fleet and that it is essential to keep up our strong links with our local community by providing outstanding care and support for all of our residents and their families.
