At Farnham Mill Nursing & Dementia Home we pride ourselves on having the best facilities in Surrey for our residents and staff to enjoy. With beautifully appointed and well-designed rooms with floor to ceiling windows, giving our residents and staff the space and light to live comfortably and lead fulfilling and happy lives. Being supported with the best equipment and cared for by experienced, qualified nursing and care staff, with no agency staff used.

Beautiful bedrooms

There are 60 large bedrooms with full wet rooms and floor to ceiling windows, giving a wonderful view of the Mill Ponds and lovely gardens. Every room has nurse call, underfloor heating, wi-fi, satellite TV, phone and state of the art nursing equipment.

Spacious communal lounges

There are many spacious communal lounges or quiet areas at Farnham Mill for residents to enjoy. With comfortable arm chairs, beautiful artwork, underfloor heating and air conditioning to create a comfortable environment to relax in.

Activities room

With 3 communal lounges and a dedicated activities rooms, plus 2 different and distinct patios along with the gardens, there is plenty of space for residents to enjoy and pursue their hobbies.

Hair salon

We have a professionally fitted out and designed hair salon for residents to enjoy having a relaxed pamper session while having their hair or nails done.

Dining and Refreshments

Food and drink are critical to our wellbeing in so many ways. Our diet should be wholesome, nutritious and well-balanced, as well as a pleasure in itself. All the meals in our homes are created according to a handpicked philosophy guided by three key principles:
Homemade recipes developed around residents’ preferences, handpicked suppliers chosen for their quality and taste and our staff, for their dedication and passion for both care and food. We can cater for any type of special or specific dietary requirements and needs.

Gardens

Residents and relatives can enjoy our wonderful gardens and its large Mill Pond, with resident ducks and geese. There is a quiet sensory garden courtyard and covered terrace for Farnham Mill residents and visitors to enjoy. All the gardens and courtyards are wheelchair accessible with flat level paths.

Equipment

At Farnham Mill we have invested heavily in state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. There are 2 large bed lifts, air conditioning, underfloor heating, wi-fi, nurse call system, different types of hoists and wheelchairs, to full care bathrooms, so any residents can enjoy a relaxing bubble bath.
