Compassionate and considered care in Farnham
At Farnham Mill Nursing & Dementia Home, compassionate and outstanding care is given to the residents we support at all stages of their lives. This is especially important when it comes to our palliative care for residents who are not expected to recover.
Our nurses work with a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team of professions to provide 24-hour care to individuals with end stage illness. This includes pain management, symptom control, physical, psychological, spiritual and emotional support.
We offer the space, tranquillity and compassion, combined with dedicated nurses and carers to provide the support needed by individuals and their families during these difficult times.
We pride ourselves on always being fully staffed and never having to use agency staff.
Residents receive full 24 hour care from experienced nurses and carers.
