Outstanding personalised care in Farnham

Residents at Farnham Mill receive 24-hour nursing care from our highly skilled, permanent team of nurses and carers. We maintain a high staff to resident ratio of 1:3 1/2 which ensures that our nursing care is always attentive and personalised.

Our home is built to support a wide range of nursing needs and to minimise falls and promote independence. Specialist facilities feature throughout a generously spacious home with large, luxurious bedrooms.

 Our experienced team work alongside our GP and physiotherapist partners, who both visit weekly, as well as chiropodists, opticians and dentists that visit regularly. Families also have monthly reviews with nurses regarding resident’s personalised care plans, so they always feel consulted and are up to date every step of the way.

Delicious and nutritional food is an important part of our nursing care and to support residents’ health and wellbeing. Our chefs personally meet each resident to discover their preferences and create interesting menus based on direct feedback.

For over 50 years we have never used agency staff and pride ourselves on always being fully staffed with consistent, dedicated team.
