At Farnham Mill, we maintain a high, permanent staff to resident ratio, ensuring our staffing levels are among the best in the care sector. We take pride in our commitment to staff retention, supported by ongoing training and professional development. As a result, our team has an average length of service of four years, reflecting the longevity pillar of our Sunflower Approach to care.

Every member of our staff is encouraged to think of themselves as an important member of a strong team and to care for our residents as if they were their own family. This embodies our ethos of adoration, always putting the residents care, respect and dignity above all else.

We’re proud to be fully staffed, with most of our team coming from nearby Aldershot, Farnborough, and Farnham. This means familiar faces for our residents and never needing to rely on agency staff.
