Love & Friendship Week

Love was truly in the air at Farnham Mill as enjoyed a week dedicated to love and friendship.

We enjoyed a fantastic line-up of themed activities, including creative love-inspired arts and crafts. One of the highlights of the week was a very special Valentine’s lunch for our couples.

Compassionate care is at the heart of what we do at Farnham Mill, and this week was a lovely reminder of the friendships we have in the home. We hope you enjoy looking through the highlights.

Snowdrop Outing

We enjoyed a refreshing trip to Ellisfield in Hampshire to see the beautiful snowdrops in bloom.

We also enjoy our regular visits with Tinkerbell the therapy dog and our weekly flower arranging!

Photos of the Week

Residents enjoyed various arts and crafts and also baked up some delicious ‘Queen of Hearts’ tarts. Music always plays a big part of our activities, with the wonderful singer Jimmy Kent visiting to croon and perform classic love songs. We also had our weekly music therapy session which is always so uplifting.
