16th September, a morning of ‘games’, at Farnham Mill today as we enjoyed sensory time at our Omni Table, exercising with pom poms and a very sociable, interactive ‘Generation Game Word Game’ in the lounge.
An unforgettable afternoon at Farnham Mill as Katie’s “Tap Around Town” show lit up the day with energy and rhythm! Her graceful moves and infectious passion had everyone tapping along, making it a joyful experience for all. A perfect blend of music, dance, and community spirit.

17th September, a variety of activities to choose from this morning at Farnham Mill. Our weekly visit from our hairdresser is always a popular choice, especially for our lovely ladies, who love the opportunity to ‘get their hair done’. Others enjoyed some gentle, seated morning exercises or some challenging jigsaw puzzles in the lounge. A morning full of encouragement to join in and have a go.
Voices united across 4 homes in the afternoon, Hill Brow, Hill House and Woodlands, all joined us at Farnham Mill, together in ceremony, celebrating the power of music with our dementia choir.
18th September, a very engaging, interactive Music Therapy Session this morning at Farnham Mill.
A chance to feel relaxed for the day ahead, ignite memories and reminders of our past experiences and to bond socially over our love of music and singing, helping to promote ‘our happy place’.
Another great Farnham Mill trip out, this afternoon, to our local garden centre. A lovely opportunity to enjoy a warm September day and have a browse, visit the aquarium and enjoy tea and cake with great company.

At Farnham Mill, our residents gathered in the dining room to have a beautiful afternoon tea. With a selection of cakes, tea in dainty teacups and some lovely music, everyone had an amazing time with each other.
