Our Farnham Mill art and craft’s club enjoyed a bright colourful and fun morning creating our ‘Holi Handprints’

Proud of our residents who always join in and have a go.

Tuesday morning we exercised both our arms and minds with a colourful game of skittles.

Ready for a trip out in the afternoon to have a drink and catch up with Woodlands residents at the pub.

Farnham Mill and Woodlands residents met together at the Wyvern pub and had a great time socialising and singing along together.

While some of our residents were out in the pub, we had our very own afternoon tea party with the volunteer Susie, which always brings us joy, laughter, and lots of new facts.

Tuesday morning, we had visits from the goats which always goes down well with our residents.

It is lovely to see how engaged they are with the animals.

Phil Harman performed in the afternoon, serenading us with music and a good display of his guitar skills, getting us dancing, smiling, clapping and swaying away.

A chance to join in with our group Music Therapy session.

An opportunity to engage and express our feelings and emotions through the joy of music.

Two of our most popular clubs met, this afternoon, art and crafts gathered in the lounge and made some woollen easter eggs.

While gardening club took place in our activities room where we planted out some seedlings including cucumber, courgettes, and kohlrabi. We are looking forward to watching them grow ahead of some delicious salads on our spring/summer menu.

What a bundle of joy we received at Farnham Mill. Tootsie’s nursery school has been visiting us weekly, which our residents always enjoy and they bring a big smile to their faces.

We are very grateful to all the local supermarkets who make our Thursday flower arranging possible. Their flower donations bring colour to our home, joy to our day and a smile to our faces.

A calming Friday morning at Farnham Mill. A chance to be pampered with a relaxing hand massage or nails painted, in a vibrant red to feel warm and happy for the weekend ahead.

Cooking Pakora, in the afternoon. Packed with spices and herbs to really indulge our senses of smell and taste.

Our residents thoroughly enjoyed it and even had 4 big pakora’s to themselves!!!

We had the lovely group from the church, coming in to host a service for us on the 2nd floor, where we all joined together singing hymns and prayers.

A peaceful start of the weekend at Farnham Mill, with Holi themed painting and doing puzzles with friends.

Our mini snooker table made it’s rounds at Farnham Mill and we had plenty of fun!

Sunday morning, we listened to church services, while others ventured out into the gardens for fresh air and even spotted a nest with eggs left on them.

Getting ready for spring planting on this gorgeous Sunday afternoon at Farnham Mill. Our keen gardeners really enjoyed the time outside and the challenge of assembling our very own Farnham Mill greenhouse.

Continuing on with our week of colour we tempted everyone’s tastebuds with these delicious milkshakes and smoothies.

Lovely to look at and delicious to taste – a real treat for our senses at Farnham Mill.
