Two local family-owned Nursing Homes are proud to announce they are fully staffed, with no staff shortages
Farnham Mill Nursing Home in Farnham and Hill House Nursing and Dementia Home in Ewshot Fleet are 2 local family owned, nursing homes that do not use agency staff and both are fully staffed with permanent nurses, carers, activities teams, kitchen and domestic staff. In fact, both homes have recruited additional staff to make provisions for any sickness or self-isolation due to contact tracing and covid or flu over the winter months.
All of the staff are vaccinated for covid, with staff now going for their third booster covid vaccinations and flu vaccinations. Both of the homes residents will receive their boosters against covid and their flu vaccine hopefully within the month.
Over the winter months there will be a full and varied programme of activities and events to help keep the residents’ spirits up. With both homes employing 3 full time activities coordinators so residents can pursue their own hobbies and interests.
Alongside this is there are different visiting options as both homes realise the importance of families being able to visit and be a part of the homes.
