Farnham Mill Nursing Home was founded in 1976 by Gillian Lee, built on the principle of treating residents as family. Today, her daughter Alison, a qualified nurse, leads with compassion and professionalism, joined by her daughter Anna. With three generations actively involved, our homes provide continuity, stability and a genuine sense of belonging.

We never use agency staff. Residents are always cared for by familiar, permanent carers who know them well. With a higher staff-to-resident ratio than is typical, our team have the time and patience to deliver care with kindness and respect.
