At Farnham Mill, we never use agency staff. Residents are cared for by a consistent, permanent team who know them well. With a higher staff-to-resident ratio than the norm, our carers have the time and patience to deliver thoughtful, compassionate support.
More than half of our staff have been with us for over five years. This loyalty and experience create strong bonds with residents and ensure a calm, familiar atmosphere throughout the home.
