Our staff appreciation events are a thank you and celebration of our staff which occurs every 3 months in all our homes. Each one has a different theme, to recognise and celebrate the diversity and promote inclusion of our staff and their hard work.
This month the menu was an Eastern European themed menu served over 2 days. It is to recognise the dedication and contribution our Eastern European staff have made in all our homes. Our next staff appreciation event is going to be in July with an English Summer themed BBQ.
All of the staff in our 4 homes have received an additional pay rise, which was awarded due to improvement in communication, through stronger and improved teamwork.
